We make the approval process quick and simple. After a brief review with a TerraClear Regional Account Manager to confirm the opportunity is a good fit, partners can usually be approved within a few days.
Referral Partner are paid quarterly the month following the quarter close based on customers who have received a TerraClear Product and/or service and have paid their invoice.
New Referral Partner training usually takes 1–2 hours and provides an in-depth overview of TerraClear products, services, pricing, and order submission processes. Your Regional Account Manager will guide you through sales training, while your dedicated Customer Success Representative is available anytime to support you with processes, deliveries, or other questions.
